Terms of use

Using Cockpit Ready

1. Who may use Cockpit Ready

You may use Cockpit Ready only if you can form a binding agreement and follow these terms. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Do not share paid Prep Access, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or create accounts to evade enforcement.

2. Educational preparation only

Cockpit Ready provides educational preparation, practice tasks, question-bank workflows, progress tracking, and community discussion. It is not aviation, legal, medical, psychological, hiring, or financial advice.

We do not guarantee ATPL exam results, interview outcomes, airline selection, cadet-program acceptance, employment, licensing, or any particular score. Always verify official requirements with the relevant regulator, school, airline, or assessment provider.

3. Independence and no affiliation

Cockpit Ready is independent. Unless a page says otherwise in writing, we are not endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or affiliated with Wizz Air, EASA, national aviation authorities, airlines, flight schools, test vendors, or question-bank owners.

Names, logos, marks, and references to third parties belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the subject of independent preparation material.

4. Paid access, alpha access, and refunds

During free alpha periods, features, access, content coverage, availability, and limits may change as we improve the service. We may cap, pause, or withdraw alpha access where needed for quality, security, or operations.

Paid Prep Access terms are shown at checkout. Timed access begins when payment is fulfilled. Lifetime Access means non-expiring access to the purchased Prep Track, with future updates to that track included; it does not mean guaranteed updates, perpetual operation of every feature, or access to other tracks.

Refund handling may depend on the payment provider, applicable law, and the specific access plan. Refunded or unpaid timed access may be revoked. Lifetime Access refunds may require operator review.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Cockpit Ready, including by attacking, probing, overloading, reverse engineering, bypassing security, sharing credentials, uploading malware, harvesting data, spamming, or interfering with other students.

Community posts, reports, notes, and uploads must be lawful, respectful, and relevant. Do not post confidential assessment material, copyrighted material you cannot share, personal data about others, harassment, or misleading claims.

6. Competition, scraping, and automated access

Competitors, commercial researchers, content brokers, scraping services, and benchmarkers may not access Cockpit Ready to copy features, pricing, content, question data, explanations, workflows, product strategy, UI patterns, or community material without prior written permission.

You may not scrape, crawl, bulk export, frame, mirror, resell, redistribute, train models on, or build a competing dataset from Cockpit Ready content. Search-engine indexing of public pages is allowed only when it respects robots, rate limits, and ordinary public-web behavior.

7. Intellectual property

Cockpit Ready, including its software, designs, workflows, Prep Tasks, explanations, compilations, dashboards, branding, and original content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property and database rights.

Your account gives you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use Cockpit Ready for your own preparation. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Student content and feedback

You keep rights you already have in your notes, comments, reports, uploads, and feedback. By submitting them, you grant Cockpit Ready a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, moderate, analyze, improve, and use that content to operate and improve the service.

Do not submit content you do not have permission to share. We may remove, hide, or restrict content and accounts to protect students, the product, legal rights, or operational integrity.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Cockpit Ready useful and reliable, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or permanent support for every feature. We may change, suspend, or retire features, especially during alpha and early product development.

We may update these terms and policies. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated version.

10. Disclaimers and liability limits

Cockpit Ready is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Cockpit Ready and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, assessment outcomes, employment decisions, or reliance on preparation content.

11. Indemnity and enforcement

You agree to defend and indemnify Cockpit Ready and its operators against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, unlawful content, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate access, preserve evidence, seek removal of copied material, and pursue other remedies where we believe these terms or legal rights have been violated.
